The sneaker I'm interested in purchasing shows as "unavailable" in my size. What does that mean? If your size is SOLD OUT it will show as "unavailable".

How can I find the product that I am searching for? It is not displayed on the "feature/newest item" page... If you're unable to locate your desired item on our "feature/newest item" homepage. Use the "search" box for direct access to the item.  

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns. In the event of a product issue a merchandise credit will be issued  (MCLARENKICKSHOP gift card) or the issue will be rectified immediately. Exchanges may be granted only if the product is in-stock. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without any postal labels on the shoe box. Please place the package in a shipping box to return the item. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. **Final Sale items may not be returned.

What is this store's return and exchange policy (For clothing)?
Same rules apply from previous question. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and/or original pieces.

Refunds & Processing Time-
If we ask you to return an item please make sure your package arrives at MclarenKickShop within the 3-day timeline. Your store credit will be processed and issued within 5 business days *not including weekends.
You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MclarenKickShop.

I live In the NYC area.. May I come to your store and buy directly from MKS? MclarenKickShop is an online kick shop for the elite. We are an e-commerce ONLY website, available to you at your fingertips 24/7 365 days. MKS DOES NOT have a storefront to purchase from directly. We do not "meet-up" anywhere to sell our products.

Where does MKS ship from? Long Island, NY and the New York City area.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive. It depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. International orders can take from 10-14 days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Does MKS ship outside of the United States? YES, we ship globally. Tax and shipping fees may vary. Please e-mail us for any international shipping charges that aren't already posted. Insurance is automatically charged for each order.

P.O. BOX addresses are required to pay an additional $10.00 for shipping. Your order may not be shipped in the event MKS does not receive the additional payment.  

If I make a customized purchase can I receive a refund? We are unable to grant refunds for customized purchases.  

How long will my order take to process? All orders require 24hrs to process. 24hrs = 1 Business day. Express shipping options are available. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE SHIPPED.

USPS Priority Shipping: $19.50 arrives 2-3 business days (price is based on most/not ALL domestic locations)

USPS Expedited Shipping: $30.05 (arrives 1 business day) 

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Yes, we may have to bill/invoice separately if your country does not appear on our list.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Shopify checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
